Introduction

This agreement governs your use of SurveyBlox's services.

Account

To use our services, you must have accounts on both Roblox and SurveyBlox, with matching usernames. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts. You must ensure that you have access to your Roblox account. SurveyBlox is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized account use or bans on the Roblox platform. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at support@surveyblox.com.

Privacy

Your use of our service is subject to SurveyBlox's Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

Services and Content Usage Rules

Your use of our services and content must adhere to the rules outlined in this section ("Usage Rules"). Any other use is a material breach of this Agreement. SurveyBlox may monitor your activity to ensure compliance with these rules.

• You may not tamper with or circumvent any security technology included with the services or content.
• You may not disrupt the service for others, such as by slowing down the service.
• You may not attempt to engage in any illegal activities.
• You may not use any software, device, or automated/manual process to scrape, copy, measure, analyze, or monitor any part of the content or services.

Data Collection

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our services, including:

• Account Information: Username, sign-up date, referral information, total earnings, and email address.
• Earning History: Earnings-related data, including amount earned, transaction IDs, survey offer IDs, user ID, survey status, and completion date.
• Withdrawal History: Data about withdrawals, including amount and date.
• Device Information: Internet protocol address, browser details, operating system information, request types, files accessed, and request dates.
• Location Information: Your country based on your IP address.
• Fraud Prevention Information: Device trust score and IP address score.

User Responsibilities

By using SurveyBlox’s services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurveyBlox shall not be liable for any indirect, incident, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Auckland, New Zealand for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Termination and Suspension of Service

If you fail, or SurveyBlox suspects you have failed to comply with any provisions of this agreement, SurveyBlox reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice. SurveyBlox also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or content at any time, with or without notice. SurveyBlox will not be liable for any such actions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SurveyBlox regarding your use of the services and supersedes any prior agreements between you and SurveyBlox relating to such use.

No Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SURVEYBLOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY SURVEYBLOX OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE SERVICE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Contract Changes

SurveyBlox reserves the right to modify this agreement and add new or additional terms and conditions for your use of the services at any time. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into this agreement. Your continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance thereof.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
