Third-Party Survey Providers: When you take a survey, you will be directed to a third-party survey company. We do not control the data you provide to these companies. Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers to host our service and deliver essential functionality:

• Oracle Cloud: Our primary cloud hosting provider where all user data is stored and processed.
• Cloudflare: We use this service for DNS management and as a security proxy to protect our platform.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services to us and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Data Retention

Account Data: If you choose to delete your account, your core account information and user content (as listed in Section 2a and 2b) will be deleted immediately from our primary databases.

Leaderboard and Referral Data: Please note that if your data is present on a leaderboard or in a referral list at the time of account deletion, it will not be immediately removed. This data will be automatically and permanently deleted when the leaderboard naturally resets (daily, weekly, or monthly) or when it is no longer necessary for the referral system's operation.

Operational Data: We retain operational data like server logs and IP addresses only as long as necessary for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access and Correction: You can access and update much of your information directly within your account settings.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the service or by contacting us. Please refer to Section 6 for details on the implications for leaderboard data.
